Ine Swennen is a passionate and approachable lawyer with extensive knowledge and experience in the various fields of employment law. She has been working at Paulussen Advocaten since 2008.
She advises, negotiates, and litigates about complex labour disputes, reorganizations, dismissals, transfers of companies, disability, terms of employment, WNT, the labour law aspects of takeovers, employee participation, and CLA matters. In particular, she represents the interests of (internationally operating) companies, governments and directors.
Ine tells it like it is: clear about the possibilities and risks of a case, in clear and concise advice, and always with a concrete direction and a practical approach. Because of this approach, she frequently acts as a sparring partner for HR professionals in companies and government agencies.
An optimal result for her clients is always her goal. Where possible out of court and where necessary in court.
In addition to employment law, she is active in the field of insolvency law and is regularly appointed trustee in bankruptcy.
She completed the Grotius specialisation course in Employment Law and is a member of the specialist association Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland and the Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Arrondissement Limburg.
