Kim Deckers studied at the University of Maastricht. After completing the Bachelor European Law School, she subsequently successfully graduated in two Master programs from the same university, namely the Master in Dutch Private Law, and the Master in European Law.

During her studies Kim gained practical experience at a renowned law firm in Limburg, where she interned for 2 months. At the end of 2015, she joined the same firm as a legal assistant, and later as a lawyer, working for 3 years at their German Desk.

In April 2019 she joined Paulussen Advocaten in her current role as lawyer. Kim’s linguistic and cultural background enables her to expertly advise her clients in cross-border disputes. Besides Dutch and English, Kim is also fluent in German and French, and is comfortable among various cultures.
