Sharon Fraats graduated from Maastricht University with a degree in constitutional and administrative law in 2006 and worked in spatial administrative law at a renowned law firm in Leiden before joining Paulussen Advocaten in 2012.
Sharon is specialised in the broad field of spatial administrative law, with a particular focus on area development, expropriation and the Municipalities (Preferential Rights) Act. She has also completed the specialised course in public building law at the Instituut voor Bouwrecht.
Her main activities involve providing public authorities and enterprises with guidance and advice in spatial development and area development processes. With her extensive knowledge of both private law and administrative law, Sharon is adept at carrying cases in these domains to a satisfactory conclusion.
Sharon is a member of the VBR-A association for building law lawyers, the VOA association for expropriation lawyers and the VVOR association for expropriation law.
