Knowledge management and skills training are vital to maintaining the highest standard of service. Paulussen Advocaten invests heavily in the continuous development of its lawyers to keep their knowledge up to date and hone their negotiation and mediation techniques and other skills. As well as receiving constant supervision in their professional development, staff members benefit from a broad spectrum of training tools ranging from fortnightly internal theme meetings, courses and external training to specialised postdoctoral programmes.
